It’s almost 10 a.m. in room 2154 of the Rayburn Building, and just about every seat is filled. There are 15 reserved chairs for the Roger Clemens’ entourage, seven for Brian McNamee. Also, for whatever reason, one for the FBI and two for the IRS.
